INTRODUCTION
India has been the land of peace and harmony , so various religious people from all over the world want to reside in India . India is a secular nation with no state region , hence people staying in India have a right to follow the religion , traditions , cultures that he believes in . The people in Ancient India also had freedom to choose their religion , and state granted citizenship to each individual regardless of their religion . Various emperor’s and traders rules India and have spread various religions and culture all over India. Hence state is neutral to all over religions leading to secular India which is discussed in chapter-2 Understanding Secularism .
