1. What is biodiversity? Why is biodiversity important for human lives?
Ans: It is rich in wildlife and cultivated species, diverse in form and function, but closely knit together in a system. Biodiversity is important for human lives because we human beings, along with the biodiversity, form a complex web of an ecological system of which we are only a part and are very much dependent on his system for our existence.
