Answer the following questions:-

1. What did the physicians ask Saeeda’s mother to do to get well? Did their advice help her? If not, why?
Ans :-  The physician advised Saeeda’s  mother not to take normal food and to  remain shut in a small dark room. No, the advice did not help. She became critical as she was not  getting proper food, sunshine and fresh air which were essential for good health.

2. What did the specialist prescribe in addition to medicine?
Ans :-  The specialist prescribed a normal diet consisting of anything she wished to eat. In addition he advised her to leave the dark room and occupy  a bigger room with doors and windows open, to sit in the sun every morning from eight to nine because sunshine and fresh air is more important that medicine.

3. What did Saeeda tell the sunrays to do?
Ans:- Saeeda started talking to the last departing rays of the sun in her special language  requesting the rays to come the next day with lots of warmth and brightness as her mother was ill and needed her help to get well soon.

4. Why were the sunrays keen to go down in the earth the next day?
Ans:- The sunrays were keen to go down to the earth the next day because they had made a pact with Saeeda that they would bring down warmth and brightness. They forced their way through the dark dirty clouds.

5. What is your own formula for keeping good health?
Ans:- My own formula for keeping good health would be to eat a balanced diet with plenty of leafy vegetables and  a protein based food. Also fresh air and outdoor activities should be there for maintaining a good physique.

6. Who would you recommend to a patient in your neighbourhood – the physician contacted first or the specialist contacted next? Give reasons for you choice.
Ans:-  I would contact the physician first as he would find out exactly what my sickness is and recommend the cure. If worse, then he may recommend me to some specialist later.

7. When would you take a pact with the sun? When you are going on a picnic, or when you are playing a cricket match? Think of other occasions.
Ans:- I would take a pact with the sun while playing outdoors, while going on a picnic ,  lazing in the balcony of the house, while taking a walk early morning.
